The Plaza Meeting Space KC features multimedia capabilities and 4,300+ square feet that can be divided into up to three separate event spaces. It serves as a meeting
venue for off-site business meetings, presentations, conferences, corporate training sessions, seminars, workshops, and focus groups.
The large conference space can seat roughly 60 people. The second conference space can seat roughly 48 people. A third conference room seats up to 12 people and is perfect for smaller leadership teams and board meetings. The space has availability from 7:00am – 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. And outside catering options make planning your event simple and affordable.
Each meeting space offers built-in projectors & screens, filtered water dispensers, coffee, tea & beverage options, snack assortment, comfortable chairs, desks with power and charging capabilities, and storage for coats and luggage.
The space is conveniently located within walking distance of dozens of fine restaurants, shops, museums and hotels.
